We charge a deposit of just £50 to secure your place and £350 at the start of the workshop.

• For this you will receive a beautiful workbook, which is to prepare for sessions and to journal your feelings as you progress through each week.

• You will receive a pre-workshop call with me to ensure that you are able to join the video calls and to answer any questions you have.

• Of course you have the workshop itself, 8 weeks of two hour long sessions, each with a different theme, with activities, and deep discussion and sharing.

• During the 8 weeks you will also have two one hour calls with me, if you wish, to talk more privately about your feelings and experiences.

• You also have access to the members area of the website.

• Lastly a WhatsApp group to stay in touch with the others in your group, during and after the workshops.  

In total we are offering 18 hours  for a little over £20 an hour. We hope that you will find that very good value, but please do get in touch if you would be struggling to pay that, as we don't want to exclude anyone from this important work.
